At the event, Fujifilm will present its extensive range of print solutions, emphasizing its newest technologies for the printing sector.

FUJIFILM J PRESS™ 750HS
The J PRESS 750HS is Fujifilm’s fourth-generation sheet-fed inkjet digital press, designed to produce offset-quality work efficiently and cost-effectively. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including general commercial projects, books, pocket folders, and folding cartons. The J PRESS 750HS employs advanced, ultra-high-density, and high-precision SAMBA printheads along with aqueous pigment VIVIDIA ink, enabling high-speed output of up to 5,400 sheets per hour. This model offers the highest productivity available for a sheet-fed inkjet press, operating 1.5 times faster than its predecessor, the J PRESS 750S. It also features flexible mode options to enhance efficiency, including a high-quality mode at 3,600 sheets per hour and a high-performance mode at 5,400 sheets per hour.
Alongside the J PRESS 750HS at the booth is the KOMPAC Phoenix 30 Modular UV and aqueous coating and priming system. Tailored for high-demand, round-the-clock production environments, this system provides exceptional flexibility for both in-line and nearline configurations, as well as simplex and duplex modes. Its modular design allows customers to customize a solution that aligns perfectly with their specific business and operational needs.

FUJIFILM REVORIA PRESS PC1120
The REVORIA PRESS PC1120 is an inline, 6-color, high-end digital toner press that can incorporate up to 2 specialty colors inline. This capability, combined with its advanced color management software technology, allows the REVORIA PRESS PC1120 to effectively match challenging spot colors. It is well-suited for general commercial printing as well as specialty applications, including printing on synthetic materials and heavy-weight substrates of up to 400 grams per square meter.
NEW FUJIFILM REVORIA PRESSES
At PRINTING United, Fujifilm will be previewing two new REVORIA presses that are designed to meet the needs of both commercial printing and quick, on-demand printing. These highly versatile models can accommodate a wide range of paper weights and sizes, from standard sheets to long banners. Both presses feature an innovative Air Suction Feeder design, which enhances the feeding performance for various media types, including those with significant paper dust, pre-printed sheets using powder, uneven textured paper, and coated materials that may typically face feeding challenges. This design ensures stable and high-speed feeding across different paper types, ranging from lightweight to heavyweight, and from small formats to extended banner sheets.
The REVORIA PRESS product line offers customers an extensive range of finishing options to enhance their printed materials. These options include punch, staple, saddle staple, single fold, Z-fold half sheet/tri-fold, crease, face trim, full bleed trim, and square back.
FUJIFILM ACUITY PRIME Hybrid
Fujifilm’s new ACUITY PRIME Hybrid inkjet printer is a versatile mid-range LED UV wide format printer designed to handle both rigid and roll substrates. It utilizes FUJIFILM UVIJET™ ink and is available in a CMYK configuration, with optional additions of White, Clear, and/or Primer. This printer can accommodate flexible and rigid materials up to 2 inches thick and roll media up to 6.5 feet wide. With a remarkable printing speed of over 1,500 square feet per hour, the ACUITY PRIME Hybrid strikes an optimal balance between speed, print quality, and cost-effectiveness, making it an excellent choice for a variety of printing applications.
FUJIFILM ACUITY PRIME 30
The ACUITY PRIME 30 is a high-performance flatbed printer capable of printing on both rigid and flexible media up to 2 inches thick, achieving impressive speeds of up to 1,615 square feet per hour. Similar to the ACUITY PRIME Hybrid printer, it utilizes FUJIFILM UVIJET ink and is available in a CMYK configuration, with optional White, Clear, and Primer inks for added versatility. Designed with the operator in mind, the ACUITY PRIME 30 includes features such as an automatic printhead maintenance system, a user-friendly interface, five vacuum zones for optimal media handling, and low ink level alerts to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, all products showcased in Fujifilm’s booth at the Expo will leverage Fujifilm’s COLORPATH® SYNC™ color management technology. This technology ensures accurate color characterization and profiling across all devices, meeting or exceeding industry-standard printing conditions for consistent and high-quality results.
Take a Peek Inside FUJIFILM J PRESS 1160CFG
Fujifilm will be showcasing the new J PRESS 1160CFG in a virtual demonstration at its booth, utilizing the Apple Vision Pro virtual reality headset. This innovative approach allows visitors to experience the printer's features and functions firsthand as they observe a print job being processed from inception to completion. In addition to the virtual demonstration, Fujifilm will be live streaming presentations from its Graphic Innovation Hub in Chicago. This immersive experience will provide viewers with an inside look at the printer, highlighting its capabilities and functionalities in real-time. This combination of virtual and live presentations aims to enhance understanding and engagement with the J PRESS 1160CFG.
NEW DROP-ON-DEMAND INKJET PRINTHEAD, SKYFIRE SF600
Furthermore, FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc., a prominent global manufacturer and supplier of piezoelectric, drop-on-demand industrial inkjet printheads, will showcase its latest SKYFIRE SF600 inkjet printhead at Fujifilm’s booth. The FUJIFILM Dimatix SKYFIRE SF600 utilizes proprietary piezoelectric inkjet technology developed from established silicon Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (Si-MEMS) fabrication methods. It is engineered for use with aqueous, solvent, and UV curable inks, offering exceptional performance, productivity (with frequencies exceeding 50 kHz and four gray levels), and durability suitable for a wide array of demanding applications. The SKYFIRE SF600 printhead achieves a resolution of 600 DPI with a drop size range of 5-25 pL, featuring a nozzle layout that allows for a significant throw distance to accommodate various applications. To maintain consistent output, the printhead includes an integrated trimming heater and temperature sensor, along with REDIJET® coating for optimal performance with aqueous, solvent, and UV curable inks.
Also featured will be Fujifilm’s STARFIRE® and SAMBA® series of printheads. These printheads exemplify Fujifilm’s dedication to performance, productivity, durability, and customer support—key attributes that reflect its extensive legacy in the graphic arts and industrial sectors.
